Chicken with rice in the pot

- At the 6 pots: 1 kg chicken
- 300 g rice
- 4 onions
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, pepper, dried oregano, parsley and cilantro
Preparation:
Fillet cut into cubes, add finely chopped onion, soy sauce (or salt), pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and dried oregano. Stir and leave to marinate for 12 hours. Garlic squeezed and rubbed in a pot. In each pot to pour rice (50g), add water (about 1 cm above the line), add a little salt and cover with marinated chicken. Simmer in oven at 180-200 degrees approximately 45 minutes. (Pots put in cold oven). Before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
